A message from Justin Hubert, our CEO

“Why are you here?” This question has been at the heart of crafting the culture that defines Heritage Family Services. I asked everyone on our team this question. Through over 250 conversations, I’ve been deeply moved by the personal, heartwarming answers. Our team is driven by a calling to make a difference. In addition to the strength of this passionate, creative, professional team at Heritage, we govern our organization based on these three primary principles.

  1. First and foremost, we hold Original Culture in the highest regard. At Heritage Family Services, we are not just interested in a child’s original culture; we are enthusiastically curious about it. As a team, we strive to know and understand it fully, recognizing its importance in shaping a child’s identity. We actively seek guidance from teachers and elders within their culture, who mentor us in our care of OnePerson.

  2. Second, The Three Pillars and our response to each

    – Grief and Loss (calling for our Compassion),
    – Neurological Development (and an insatiable Curiosity for Learning) and
    – Trauma-Informed Practice (and the Provision of Safe Healing Environments).

  3. Third, a Healthy Workplace. We prioritize caregiver well-being, fostering a supportive environment where balance and joy thrive.

I’m immensely proud of our team’s dedication to relational care and culturally sensitive practices. Thank you for your interest in Heritage Family Services. Feel free to connect with any questions—we’re here to serve.
