We’re proud of our OnePerson Paradigm model, which helps to ensure that the children and youth in our care remain comfortably at the center of our focus.
The OnePerson Paradigm is built on a philosophy that sees OnePerson in the centre of our attention, support and care. At Heritage Family Services, our model is built on that OnePerson, or person served. We hold them securely in the centre, with our service team members, program coordinators, support teams and administration radiating outwards. This ensures that the entire focus of our organization faces the centre, towards the OnePerson being served.
Our OnePerson Paradigm puts the children and youth in our care at the center of our focus.
We focus holistically on their youth, and then move slowly outwards, like ripples in a pond, to the people who are closest to them. Even still, no matter how far out in the ripples you are, the children and youth are still the focus.
