Justin Hubert
Is the CEO. Justin has been involved with Heritage Family Services his entire life, and uses his visionary passions to push his staff to ever increasing quality service provision.

Donna Rodatz
is the Human Resources Personnel Director. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as a Bachelor of Education. She has been employed at Heritage Family Services since 1992. She enjoys traveling, hiking and reading. Donna volunteers with the Canadian Cancer Society.

Terry Robinson
is the Manager of Service Delivery who oversees both the Community and Residential programs for Heritage. He has a Diploma in Community Rehabilitation from Red Deer College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Human Service Administration at Grant MacEwan College. Terry has worked for Heritage for eight years starting out as a practicum student at the Youth Assessment Centre. He has had positions at Oskayak Treatment Centre, Heritage Families Foster Care and Heritage Administration. He has been the Manager of Service Delivery since July 2007 and is also a member of the Accreditation panel for the Canadian Accreditation Council of Human Services.
In his free time he enjoys fishing, golf and an extensive IPod collection.

Joleen Losness
is the Manager of Research and Development. She has a Social Work Diploma, Bachelor of Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Social Work (Leadership in Human Services). After completing two years of social work practicum with Heritage Family Services (96-97 & 97-98) she was hired in April of 1998. She has been a Family Support Worker, Team Coordinator and a Program Coordinator in the Heritage Families Program until moving into Research and Development in July of 2007. She is a registered Social Worker and a member of the Alberta College of Social Workers. Joleen is also a certified Peer Reviewer for the Canadian Accreditation Council of Human Services.

Joleen has recently done some sessional instruction with the Red Deer College in the Social Work Department. She is currently the Chair of the Continued Competence Committee, a member of the Communications Committee and a member of the Discipline Hearing Committee with the Alberta College of Social Workers.
Joleen has a passion for rescuing abused and neglected animals and enjoys the peaceful tranquility of her farm. She likes traveling, reading and spending time with her family.
